Completing this form means you authorize said charges and understand any massage cancelled without a minimum of 24-hour notice is subject to a $50 charge. As a small business we don’t have the means to set aside time that won’t be utilized, giving us the cancellation buffer allows us the best opportunity to fill the massage appointment.
