What will my first appointment look like?
Your first appointment at MFC will include intake paperwork, a review of your health history with your provider, a focused spinal exam and if we get all the green lights...an ADJUSTMENT! Expect this appointment to be 30-45 minutes.
Do you accept insurance?
At MFC we prioritize quality care. Insurance companies often dictate the amount of time a provider can spend with a patient and other variables of treatment - all without any knowledge of what is happening with your body. These restrictions often lead to subpar healthcare. Therefore, outside of traditional medicare, we do not accept insurance. We are happy to check your out-of-network benefits and provide a superbill for your to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Do you take x-rays?
At MFC we do not utilize x-ray listings when adjusting but can refer out for x-rays if we deem it necessary during your Day 1 Discovery Exam.
Fee Schedule
First Day Discovery Exam - $99
Adjustment for Established Patient - $50
5 for 4 Package - $200, 5 adjustments for the price of 4
Wellness Membership - $112/month with a 3-month minimum commitment
